I remember as a kid going to my folks' store in downtown Sturgis after school, and in the little office in the back and up some stairs was an old black typewriter...fascinating! I bet my class was one of the last few years that "typing" was taught in high school! Picture the class tapping away on typewriters to a tune played on a record! It was just as hilarious in person as the thought of it is now!

Omigoodness, Michelle! That brought back memories! We did the same thing in typing class-striking "home row" keys to a silly record. The class after ours was the first to have computers in school. Who knew that 30 years later 'typewriters' and 'records' would be all-but-absent from modern vocabulary.
My dad had a typewriter much like the one in the Puns set. He was a 2-finger typist but he was lightning-fast. Ah....memories.
