Vellum Scalloped Circle Card

Now for today's card:  This card is all shimmery, even if the camera couldn't pick it up very well.  I got the idea from kwerner and ran with it.  The card base is cut with the Scallop Circle Bigz Die out of a folded base of Kraft Card Stock, leaving the top uncut by laying the fold just inside the cut lines before running it through the Big Shot.

The smaller scallop circle on top is the Scallop Circles #2 Bigz Die and then I used my Circle Scissors to cut out the center for the embossed vellum piece.  That gorgeous stamp is from the Serene Snowflake stamp set. I used my White Signo Gel Pen to draw the stitches, then everything got a misting of Frost White Shimmer Paint Spray (see my YouTube Channel Episode #12 for video instructions).  A bow of Whisper White Organza Ribbon puts the finishing touch on top.

Of course, having a birthday in November means that I absolutely LOVE winter and snowflakes!  It's fun having a birthday right in the middle of holiday season!  Let the celebrations begin!
